House
The house remains the primary pillar of our organization. As we approach the 100-year anniversary of 5747 South University Ave, it is imperative we ensure its preservation for 100 more.
Over the last year, undergraduates have branded together to upgrade several spaces including the recently finished turf project. Led by a group of brothers who developed plans, raised finances, and committed labor, the backyard underwent a major facelift. Two rooms downstairs, have also transformed into the M-lounge hangout area and a gym. Galleries for both projects are provided at the bottom of the page.
Alumni donations have led to repainting the backstairs and hallways on the second and third floor. Next up, the sliding door in the main room is getting repaird, dividing the mainroom into seperate hangout and entertainment spaces.
Situated in the center of campus, our house is not only our home but also a symbol of brotherhood, tradition, and the lifelong connections we build within its walls. It stands as a hub for camaraderie, leadership, and personal growth, where every member finds a sense of belonging and purpose. Our house is a place where memories are made, values are upheld, and future leaders are shaped, embodying the spirit of our fraternity and the essence of our shared journey.
